On a scale of 0 – 10, it’s a 10.  Or 11. I would highly recommend this workshop because it is highly practical so I really can make use of it.  In the beginning, I was doubting, in a way, that I knew I had done the DiSC Profile in the past, but I took a bit of a refresher, it would do no harm.  Then I realized, having done the DiSC profile, I could not really use it practically, so now I am confident and comfortable that I can go out and use it in real life, so that makes a huge difference.  It is a great experience.

I loved the training. I thought it was really practical.  You are getting exposed to theory and models that can really help you at work but then you’re getting to explore them in a really practical way which is sometimes what’s missing from a lot of training, so I found that really useful. 

I definitely recommend it.  I think people skills are for anyone. I love the context that this is for managers.  I do think it can be extrapolated for people that are not in a people management position. So 10/10 – I recommend it.

No, it is face-to-face, held in a hotel in Dubai.

What is the investment?

The investment in your personal development is AED 2,500 for 1 full day, during which time you will learn techniques to understand your personality type better as well as the personality types of the people you interact with. You will also learn how to communicate and give feedback more effectively.

Can I get a recording of the event?

We do not share recordings of the event. You will receive a workbook in which you can also take notes.
