1. Course Description
1.1 The People People – a division of The Academy for Sales Excellence Training (hereinafter referred to as ‘The People People’) – offers soft skills courses designed to enhance participants’ soft skills in the area of the course selected.
1.2 The courses are conducted at in a hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This hotel may change and will be notified to you before the course date.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Participants are required to pay the specified course fees as outlined on the The People People website.
2.2 Payment methods accepted include credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options facilitated through the Stripe payment gateway.
2.3 All fees are inclusive of any applicable taxes or additional charges.
2.4 Refunds or cancellations may be subject to the refund policy stated in Section 5.
3. Registration and Enrollment
3.1 Participants must complete the registration process through The People People website.
3.2 Enrollment in each course is subject to availability, and participants may be required to meet specific prerequisites or fulfill certain requirements as communicated by The People People.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All course materials, including presentations, videos, handouts, and other resources provided during the courses, are the intellectual property of The People People.
4.2 Participants are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the course materials for their personal educational purposes only. Participants shall not reproduce, distribute, or share the materials without prior written consent from The People People.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1 Refunds may be provided according to the following policies:
– Participants can request a full refund up to 30 days before the scheduled start date of the course.
– Cancellations made within 29 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
5.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1 The People People shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by participants during or after the courses.
6.2 Participants acknowledge that the courses are provided for educational purposes only, and The People People does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from attending the courses.
7. Termination and Changes
7.1 The People People reserves the right to terminate or modify any course, change course schedules, or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment.
7.2 In the event of course termination or changes, The People People will provide notice to enrolled participants and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
