1.1 The People People – a division of The Academy for Sales Excellence Training (hereinafter referred to as ‘The People People’) understands that circumstances may arise where participants need to request a refund for their course fees. The refund policy outlined below governs such requests.

1.2 Refund eligibility depends on the type of course enrolled and the timing of the refund request.

2. Face-to-Face Courses

2.1 Participants may be eligible for a refund based on the following conditions:

a) Full Refund: Participants can request a full refund if the cancellation request is made up to 30 days before the scheduled start date of the course.

b) Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 30 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

2.2 To request a refund for a face-to-face course, participants must submit a written request to [email protected]. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request.

4. Non-Refundable Items

4.1 Certain items and services related to the soft skills courses may be non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:

a) Course materials, such as downloadable resources or online access codes, once they have been provided to participants.

b) Services or products purchased separately from the course, such as additional coaching sessions or supplementary materials.

5. Refund Method

5.1 Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment originally used by the participant during the enrollment process.

5.2 If the original payment method is not available for a refund (e.g., expired credit card), The People People will make reasonable efforts to issue the refund using an alternative payment method, but additional fees or charges may apply.

6.1 The People People reserves the right to cancel or modify any course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or a full refund will be offered.
